Since joining the workforce, Li Zhanwu has been fighting on the construction front line for a long time, always sticking to his position, working diligently, and selflessly dedicating himself. He has successively served as a project construction worker, technical director, project manager, and deputy director of the quality and technology department of the group company. Currently, he is the secretary of the ninth party branch of the group company and the manager of the ninth branch.
He fully utilizes his professional expertise, is brave in innovation, dares to take responsibility, and strives for excellence in engineering quality. He has participated in the construction of multiple key projects, including the underground space project of the Beijing Olympic Park and the 457 finished oil reserve warehouses of the National Material Reserve Bureau. During his tenure as the chief engineer of the project, he presided over the completion of the VIP building project at the Bai Lou Hotel in Hebei Province and won the highest Chinese architectural quality award, the Luban Award. In the process of constructing a new provincial-level cadre housing project, he personally visited the site as a branch manager to command and dispatch, overcome numerous difficulties, and after dozens of days and nights of hard work, completed the project two months ahead of schedule. The project won the "Anji Cup" award for high-quality engineering in Hebei Province. In 2017, he himself was nominated for the "Beautiful Hebei · Most Beautiful Craftsman" award.
He adheres to the concept of "technology drives enterprises, quality is the foundation" and has overcome a series of technical difficulties such as single side formwork for super elevated structures and construction of formwork support systems for large soil covered oil tank domes. Has won one third prize for scientific and technological achievements in Hebei Province, one national construction method, and one national construction industry new technology application demonstration project. Has led or participated in the writing of two invention patents, 11 utility model patents, four provincial construction methods, and two industry standards. He has been rated as "exemplary individual of Engineering Construction Quality Management in Hebei Province" and "exemplary individual of National Engineering Construction Quality Management" for many times.
He is brave enough to take on social responsibility. During the COVID-19 epidemic, he participated in voluntary activities many times regardless of his own safety. In the construction of the Huangzhuang isolation point project, we took the initiative to take the lead, braved the wind, snow, and cold, and completed various tasks ahead of schedule. He actively practices the concept that "green mountains and clear waters are as valuable as gold and silver", and fully promotes green environmental protection construction technology. His project has been awarded the title of "National Safety Production Standardization Site".
